i found bottled water provided in the gym a considerate touch and fresh laundry service after flight cancellations. the gym provided a good variety of workout equipment. the breakfast offered an array of choices including boiled eggs and delicious pastries.
the translucent glass in the washroom offered limited privacy.

the room was very clean. the location was central (it was easy to get around). the staff were wonderful. valet parking is definitely needed (especially if you have a lot of luggage).
the ac was shut off. i could not get the fan to run for air circulation. the washroom had a translucent glass to the bedroom. you could marginally see the other person shower (this was a bit awkward). the breakfast was abysmal.
